Lots of delicious ingredients for our friendship soup today! We washed, peeled, halved, quartered, chopped, diced and grated all the vegetables and put them all into one big pot. We added a few chick peas, tinned tomatoes, sweetcorn and a veggie stock cube and let it simmer on the hob. Yummy smells in the class enthused us to try some once it was cooked. Mrs Comber blended until it was nice and smooth and we drank (some had a second helping) soup to warm our tummies!
