Our school day begins between 8.40-8.50am. When children arrive at school, we kindly ask that they go straight to their classrooms.

EYFS will be greeted, at their gate, by a member of staff. Please walk up to the EYFS gate with your children. The EYFS Team will be there if you need to speak to one of them.

Years 1 and 2 will be greeted at their steps by a member of staff. Please walk up to the steps with your children. The member of staff is there for you if you need to speak to someone.

Years 3-6 will be greeted at the playground gate by a member of staff between 8.40- 8.50am, children will go to their classrooms.

A second member of staff will be on the playground should you need to speak to us about anything. The school site will need to be secured at the start of the school day (8.50am) when the gates will be locked.

Any children arriving after this time will need to go, with their parents, directly to the school office where they will be signed in.

If you have any general questions or a message to pass on, please come to the office and we will be happy to help you.

Due to lack of space and also to reduce the risk of accidents, parents cannot bring cars into the school car park at any time. Please do not park outside the school in the drive as this may need to be used in an emergency.

We have a good relationship with the local residents, Whilst they understand the increase of traffic at drop off and pick up times we do ask parents to park with care and consideration of our neighbours and student safety. 

Total time the children are in school is 32.5 hours per week.

Our day is divided into lessons with Collective Worship (Mon - Fri) and a break of 15 minutes in the morning.  The timetable below shows these timings.

The statutory compulsory school times are -

8.50-3.20

totaling to 32.5 hours per week

Break time = 10.55-11.10

Lunch break = 12.10 – 1.20
