A walk around Whissendine
Today we set off for a walk around Whissendine. Before we went we talked about the different villages, towns and cities that we knew, there were a lot! We agreed Whissendine was a village and thought we would see lots of nature as we are surrounded by countryside.
We worked with our talk partner, following a map and sticking stars on when we came to different buildings and landmarks around the village. We followed Main Street through the village as far as the church and then went around the Nook before having a good look at the village sign on the green.
