Ketton School
We had such a brilliant day with the EYFS team at Ketton, one of our academy schools. Lots of different activities to challenge us! We went in groups to paddle in the nearby stream and searched for bugs and fish! Some of us decided to build a dam and we also tried our hand at 'pooh sticks'. Hot chocolate followed to warm us up and we also sketched and labelled our findings. The play equipment in the park at the end of the school tested our gross motor control and so many children were proud of their ability as they mastered new skills. Having our picnic together under the trees was really good fun and a time to chat to new friends. After lunch we toasted marshmallows to make s'mores and explored Ketton's EYFS outdoor and indoor learning environment!
