Tish Barnwell, Rutland’s Road Safety Officer came to visit today. We talked about lots of things such as types of vehicles that may be on the road, zebra and pelican crossings, wearing a seat belt at all times and we also had a story about a boy who wasn’t very responsible when walking out with his mum and the problems that ensued.
Tish had various dressing up items that we tried on (always a bonus) and taught us a very good song to remind us how to be safe when crossing the road.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
