Welcome back to Term 4 - Class 3!
I went for a walk over the holidays and was thrilled to see buds starting to arrive on the trees - I think we are turning a corner - Wave goodbye to Winter, Spring is on it's way!
This 5 week term (such a short one!) is all about our performance! 'What the Dickens is going on?'. We will be learning lines, honing our acting skills, our dancing skills, our singing skills, our painting and set designing skills, our ICT skills for program making ... Phew! Have I forgotten anything? Oh yes, we will need to do all of that in time for families and friends arriving to see it on Wednesday 29th or Thursday 30th April!
In Literacy we are delving into the mysterious world of 'Ottoline and the Yellow Cat'. We are learning about light, shadows and reflections in Science and 'Easter - Sacrifice or New Life?' in RE. Our PE this term is dance - Wednesday morning with Mr Eshelby and Tuesday afternoon with me and in Book Club we are focussing on non-fiction.
Another busy term in Class 3 - Is there any other kind? - But a very exciting one!
Mrs White, Miss Mann and Mr Asplin
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
