On the Farm

This term we are learning all about life on the farm. We will learn all about farm animals, their life cycles and their young. We will explore where our food comes from and learn how farming has changed by looking at farming in the past and comparing it to present day. We will also be asking the question What do living things need to grow? carrying out our own scientific experiments to help us find the answer. 

This term we will also be focusing on developing our skills in making observational drawings of plants and animals, using Picasso's line drawings of animals as inspiration.
