This term we begin our topic 'Julia Donaldson.' We will be exploring books written by the author and look closely at how she develop characters and stories. We will then use this to have a go at creating our own characters and story books.

In Phonics, we will be completing the Set 2 sounds before focussing on learning how to build a sentence and apply our phonetic knowledge to our writing.

In Mathematics, we will explore numbers up to 10, consolidating our subitizing skills and our understanding of how groups of numbers can be combined to make a larger number. We will also explore length, height and time
