Making a rainbow

We have found out that you should eat a 'rainbow' of fruit and vegetables.  That means trying a variety of different coloured flesh and skin which helps our body get a range of nutrients.  We sorted the fruit and vegetables Mrs Comber had brought from the shops into colours  (there were some tricky ones that we were not sure about) and then made them into a rainbow.   After that we washed, prepared and tasted it.  Everyone tried something they hadn't tasted before.
