Whissendine CE Primary School

Termly Topic Homework

Do try this at home!

Let me introduce you to Marvin and Milo.  They may seem like an ordinary cat and dog but we have used them at Whissendine, for many years, to help us to understand science - particularly physics!

I have chosen 4 of Marvin and Milo's fun and fascinating experiments, all linked to our work, this term, on 'States of Matter' - that's solids, liquids, gases, precipitation, condensation, evaporation... check out the Knowledge Organiser for more!

I would like you to have some science fun at home - you can do one or all four of them - and then report back to me how you got on.  Was Mum a super scientist? Did dad get carried away with it all and go out to buy himself a white lab coat? Did you have some family science fun together?  It is up to you how you report this back to me.  You can take some photos, make me a small video , write up some notes -  share yours, and your families, learning with me.
