the enormous crocodile
We read the story of The enormous crocodile by Roald Dahl. We enjoyed finding out about his cunning tricks and clever plans, what a great story it is! We made our own crocodiles with food ; bread rolls, grapes,cheese, breadsticks, cucumber, apple, raisins. We challenged the children to make their own crocodile using whatever they liked and they were amazing! Such careful cutting and spreading, fantastic sharing and super manners- "Please can you pass the butter?" Finally they got to use their sense of taste and eat the crocodile. Well it is only fair, don't forget he wanted to gobble up a few tasty children!
