Very exciting World Book Day. We started with a whole school assembly then broke off into teams which included children from EYFS, Y1 and Y2 and rotated around three activities - making a stick man, paper chain dolls and doing the monkey puzzle dance.
We came back together as a class at various points in the day to chat about how the day was going and received positive feedback from our very resilience children.
The final treat was a 'teacher swap' book read at the end of the day. Mrs White came into EYFS and read the brilliant Dinosaur Drip story.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
